This course prepares you for the ABRSM Level 2 Award in Music Theory (Grade 4) exam and associated qualification.
In this course, you will build on and further your knowledge of music theory. You will be introduced to breves and breve rests, double-dotted notes and duplets, new time signatures, the alto clef, double sharps and flats, enharmonic equivalents, more keys and scales, more intervals, instruments and their families, and ornaments. You will also become familiar with more terms and signs in common use.
